What this is
Something Going Round is a simple public information tool for minor illness reports. Visitors can share the first part of their postcode, choose an illness category, and optionally add symptoms or a short note.
The goal is reassurance and local awareness: if you feel under the weather, you can see what people nearby are reporting.
How to read the data
Reports are self-submitted by visitors. They are grouped by postcode district, so markers show a general area rather than anyone’s exact location.
This site is not medical advice and cannot diagnose illness. For urgent symptoms or clinical concerns, use NHS 111, your GP, a pharmacist, or emergency services as appropriate.
Why contribute
Your anonymous report helps build a clearer picture of what people are experiencing locally. The more people report, the more useful the map becomes for everyone nearby.
